Funen Printmaking Workshop
Hans Jensens Stræde 18
Transformations, June 7 – July 2 2014
All changes involve sacrifice, but at the same time changes are necessary for development. Great changes are however not always big: still waters run deep, small changes are often deeply rooted, not always in what you can see, but sometimes in the smallest of details or in the tone of a word. During Odense Sculpture Triennial 2014, Funen Printmaking Workshop will present works by 18 highly experienced artists on the subject of change and the depth of small changes. The 18 artists are inspired by the natural changes which takes place on a daily basis somewhere out there in what we call nature.

Experience the newly restored Labri Square
The square was created by the artist Erling Tingkær, as a monument to Professor Labri who lived in Skt. Knuds Gade 48 from 1925 until his death in 1935. The playground has been restored as a site-specific artwork where all the elements refer to travelling entertainers and fairgrounds. On the corner of Skt Knuds Gade and Fredensgade.
